ACT’s Telemedicine Service Now Serves Patients until Evening

ACT’s Covid-19 Medical Careline Services continues to optimize its performance by extending the service hour. Now, the medical consultation can be accessed from 7 a.m to 9 p.m Western Indonesian Time.

ACTNews, JAKARTA – Now, the Covid-19 Medical Careline Services can be accessed by the community from 7 a.m to 9 p.m Western Indonesian Time. The service hour extension is expected to help more patients.

Alhamdulillah, we continue to enhance our health service for the community by extending the service hour until evening. Insha Allah, this becomes our effort to assist the patient to recover from their diseases,” said the Program Coordinator of the Covid-19 Medical Careline Services (MCS), Dr. Arini Retno Palupi, Thursday (9/9/2021).

Dr. Arini explains that the Covid-19 MCS is supported by adequate healthcare workers including 17 doctors, 19 nurses, 2 pharmacists, and a nutritionist.

As of September 8, 2021, the Covid-19 MCS has served 29,151 patients in 20 provinces and 66 regions in Indonesia. Meanwhile, services outside the Jabodetabek region can access consultation services with the doctor and online prescriptions.

Apart from telemedicine service, ACT through Humanity Careline Services also provides oxygen cylinder loan, home care health service, ambulance, motorbike ambulance, and mortuary ambulance. People can access the services by dialing 6221-2940-7165.[]
