ACTNews, TASIKMALAYA REGENCY – As a manifestation of the community’s generosity, Aksi Cepat Tanggap (ACT) Tasikmalaya Regency once again held a humanitarian action with mosques as its base. On Thursday (02/12/2021) morning, ACT Tasikmalaya Regency held Safari Subuh at Syulatul Iman Mosque in Ciawi District. Amid the cold morning, the worshippers and mosque board warmly welcomed this program.
Haji Away, Head of Syulatul Iman mosque board expressed his appreciation for ACT’s Safari Subuh, hoping that it would attract more worshippers to the mosque. The activity included not only the distribution of breakfast but also Islamic lectures that aimed at uplifting the worshippers’ spirits as they began their day with the remembrance of Allah.
"We hope that similar programs will be held again in the future. We already have our own fajr program in which we gather the worshippers, beginning with tahajjud prayer. We hope that the benefactors’ generosity channeled through ACT will also enliven that program,” said Away.
Diki Zakaria from ACT Tasikmalaya Regency Program Department said this Safari Subuh was the second to be held in Tasikmalaya Regency. Previously, it took place at Baiturrahman Mosque and received a good response from the worshippers and mosque board.
“The Safari Subuh Program is a tangible manifestation of the community’s generosity through the Fajr Alms channeled through ACT. We hope that this program will bring immense benefits to the community,” Diki hoped.
