ACT Telemedicine Services Help More Than 33 Thousand Patients

Since operating on July 6, 2021, the Covid-19 Medical Careline Services has helped 33,858 beneficiary patients.

ACTNews, JAKARTA – Aksi Cepat Tanggap (ACT) telemedicine service, namely Covid-19 Medical Careline Services, has continued to help the community since it started operating on July 6, 2021. Head of Humanity Medical Services ACT Dr. Arini Retno Palupi revealed that as of September 29, 2021, this telemedicine service had served 33,858 beneficiary patients. People in the Greater Jakarta area could get all medical services. Meanwhile, people outside the Greater Jakarta area can get doctor consultation services and electronic prescriptions.

“Currently, patients who are beneficiaries of our services have reached 20 provinces and 66 regencies or cities. Alhamdulillah, when they called us, they were grateful because they could get free health services,” said Dr. Arini, Thursday (9/30/2021).

Currently, the highest percentage of people who contact ACT's telemedicine services were asking for doctor consultations and drug distribution. She hopes that people who have difficulty getting health services should not hesitate to dial the number 6221-2940-7165.

“Everyone can contact us. We serve every day, and our operating hours start from 07.00 a.m till 09.00 p.m. Insha Allah, this is our effort to carry out humanitarian action in the health sector for the Indonesians," she said.[]
