ACTNews, SOUTH TANGERANG – On the celebration of the independence of the Republic of Indonesia, Covid-19 Medical Careline Services’ ambulance came to the residence of Mrs. H (75), in Jombang Village, Ciputat District, South Tangerang City, Banten.
It was the third time that Covid-19 Medical Careline Services’ ambulance has visited Mrs. H, who lives alone. Mrs. H has symptoms of the geriatric syndrome, namely decreased organ function due to the aging process.
“Patients complain of weakness, nausea, and no appetite. Previously, she had a history of stomach ulcers and typhus. Now, her stomach acid is also rising because it is difficult for her to eat food, "said the Nurse of Covid-19 Medical Careline Services Pratama Agus Suryanto, Tuesday (8/17/2021).
The nurse who treated Mrs. H coordinated directly with the Covid-19 Medical Careline Services' doctors via telephone. "Alhamdulillah, earlier in consultation with the ACT’s doctor, I was immediately given instructions to give intravenous fluids injections, administer injection drugs and oral drugs," said Pratama.
Mrs. H felt grateful for the home care services provided by the Covid-19 Medical Careline Services team without being charged a penny. “Hopefully, all ACT teams will always be healthy and continue to be enthusiastic to do good. Good luck to all," said Mrs. H while touched.[]
