ACTNews, TANGERANG CITY – To build solidarity during the Covid-19 pandemic, Aksi Cepat Tanggap (ACT) continues to strive through various humanitarian actions and programs, one of which is the distribution of free ready-to-eat meals from Free Meal Operation program.

Free Meal Operation involved various ACT Humanitarian vehicles, namely Humanity Food Truck, Humanity Food Van, Humanity Bikers, and Humanity Food Bus. Every day, these humanitarian vehicles operate to travel around many areas throughout Indonesia.

Free Meal Operations visited impoverished people and casual workers in Cimone Village, Karawaci District, Tangerang City, Banten, Wednesday (9/29/2021). Through Humanity Food Truck, the team cooked and directly distributed 300 portions of ready-to-eat meals to the beneficiaries.

Alhamdulillah, since morning, we have prepared quality food ingredients, such as rice, chicken, fruit, and vegetables. This is our endeavor to provide the best ready-to-eat meal,” said Humanity Food Truck Coordinator Ryan Andriana Rachman.

Ryan says ACT will continue to carry out this kindness program to impoverished people and casual workers affected by the Covid-19 pandemic through Free Meal Operation. “We would like to say thanks to Generous Friends. Insha Allah, this alms becomes a blessing for the wealth we receive from Allah," he added.[]
