Responding to the issue, the representative of Perum Bulog (Logistic Bureau Public Company) Regional Office of West Nusa Tenggara expressed their concerns about the humanitarian crisis in Palestine. Humanitarian aid was directly handed over to the office of ACT West Nusa Tenggara, Tuesday (5/25/2021).
The Regional Head of Perum Bulog, Abdul Muis explained that the assistance was a form of concern from the employee towards the humanitarian issue in Palestine. “For us, this is a humanitarian crisis. Hence, as humans we should help them,” he said. Perum Bulog of West Nusa Tenggara delivered IDR 52 million worth of assistance to Palestine.
The Branch Manager of ACT West Nusa Tenggara, Juaini Pratama warmly welcomed assistance from Perum Bulog to Palestine.
“It turns out (support) not only (come) from individuals or groups, but also institutions. It proves that Indonesia is known for its generous nation with a culture of mutual cooperation,” said Juaini.
