Celebrating Jimin’s Birthday, BTS ARMY Provides Free Meals at Bantar Gebang Landfills

In celebrating member Jimin’s birthday, on Sunday (11/14/2021), Indonesian BTS ARMY partnered with ACT to provide free meals for underprivileged residents around Bantar Gebang Landfills.

ACTNews, BEKASI – As loyal fans, every moment related to their own idols should not be missed including birthdays. Recently, a member of a South Korean group BTS, Park Jimin celebrated his birthday on October 13, 2021. His special day was also celebrated by Indonesian BTS ARMY by raising funds to help those in need.

According to Monica Sahara, a representative of Indonesian BTS ARMY, the humanitarian activity by BTS ARMY and ACT was not merely a birthday celebration for member Park Jimin but also an encouragement for all of BTS ARMY to help and care for each other.

“Through this Jimin's birthday project, BTS ARMY provided free meal packages to the people in need. This is the second project of BTS ARMY partnering with ACT. Sharing is a blessing and we can finally do it again," said Monica, who came and distributed the meal packages for residents in Bantar Gebang Landfills, Sunday (11/14/2021).

A total of 800 portions of meal packages were distributed. Not only for workers at Landfills but meal packages were also distributed to surrounding garbage truck drivers.[]
