ACTNews, SOUTH JAKARTA — Cheap Food Operation by Aksi Cepat Tanggap in Kebayoran Lama District, South Jakarta, delighted the surrounding residents. Mimin (52), a housewife from Grogol Village, explained that Cheap Food Operation helped her meet her family’s food needs.

According to Mimin, currently, food price is quite expensive. Her situation is also worsened by her husband who has been laid off from his job due to the pandemic.

On Thursday (10/21/2021) afternoon, Mimin got in line to get a quality food supply from ACT’s Cheap Food Operation. “Alhamdulillah, I am so happy to get these affordable groceries,” said Mimin after buying 10 kilograms of rice, cooking oil, and other food materials. Mimin added that if she bought those groceries at common grocery stores or markets, the price might be higher.

Furthermore, Mimin said that if Cheap Food Operation didn’t come to South Jakarta that day, Mimin and her husband would not get to eat and could only wait for people’s help.

That noon, Mimin went home happily after receiving the cheap groceries. She planned to cook the rice she got from ACT’s Cheap Food Operation. She also advised to always spread kindness to everyone.[]
