ACTNews, MAGELANG CITY – Aksi Cepat Tanggap (ACT) Magelang collaborates with RM Uni Yani in the 'Happy with Orphans' program to continue spreading happiness with many parties. On Friday (2/18/2022), this event was a one-day series of activities that invited orphans from the Fatimah Az-Zahra Borobudur Orphanage to have recreation and play together.

The goal of this event was for orphans to experience the same joy as their other friends. Dozens of children and one caretaker visited Kyai Langgeng Park in Magelang City to try out various games and see the animals. Following that, the program continued at RM Uni Yani for lunch, playing, and listening to fairy tales.

"To glorify orphans, we carried out this program in a special way. Hence, children can have more than just receiving gifts. Here, they are not only invited to play but also treated to fairy tales as part of their education," said Gunawan Andry of the ACT Magelang Program Team.

The story was about being devoted to parents even though their parents have passed away. They also learned how to be grateful and strive to be better children and loved by Allah.

Rohanah, the caretaker of the Fatimah Az-Zahra Orphanage, expressed her appreciation for this activity. "Alhamdulillah, the children and I were happy. They could also play with ACT's brothers and sisters. Hopefully, they can play together again in the future. After this event, the children will be more enthusiastic and have a refreshed mind. Therefore, they can study harder and later become a successful person," said Ms. Rohanah. []
