ACTNews, BOGOR – Global Wakaf-ACT distributed Waqf Carts to nine micro-business owners in Bogor Regency. The distribution was held in SUkaraja District office, Monday (5/3/2021).
Not only attended by the Global Wakaf-ACT team, the event was attended by the representatives of Sukaraja District government. “The local government welcomes ACT's programs for the community, especially the economic programs to empower the community. In the future, the urban villages in Sukaraja are also ready to collaborate with ACT Bogor in improving the welfare of the Bogor residents," said Wahyudi.
Eva, one of the Waqf Cart recipients was very grateful for the assistance from Global Wakaf-ACT in collaboration with Global Giving. Through this Waqf Cart assistance, she can expand the sales of her homemade kebab.

She also prayed for Global Wakaf-ACT and the benefactors and that her Waqf Cart can bring blessings. “Insha Allah, as micro business owners who received this Waqf Cart assistance, we will also spread kindness along with our business growth. May this be a sadaqah jariyah for the donors,” explained Eva.
Productive Business Waqf is part of the Ramadan Food Alms Movement in collaboration with Global Wakaf. This movement is hoped to assist the underprivileged people through the development of their ultra-micro businesses.
