Head of Rawa Bunga Village: Humanity Food Truck Helps Our Residents

Humanity Food Truck visited Rawa Bunga Village, Jatinegara, East Jakarta. The Head of the village was very grateful because the underprivileged people in her village got iftar assistance on Friday (4/30/2021).

ACTNews, EAST JAKARTA – ACT’s Humanity Food Truck visited Rawa Bunga Village, Jatinegara, East Jakarta. It was welcomed by the Head of Rawa Bunga Village, Agustina. She said the urban village was greatly helped by the distribution of iftar dishes on Friday (30/4/2021).

“We are grateful for this assistance from ACT. Our people are greatly helped and hopefully, this assistance will become a blessing and can be accepted by the people in need here. We hope ACT will continue to develop, succeed, and be beneficial for the community at large. Go, ACT! "exclaimed Agustina.

Wuryanto of ACT East Jakarta Program Department said, through Ramadan Food Alms Movement, the team distributed 1,000 portions of ready-to-eat meals to residents in Rawa Bunga Village.

“The dishes include chicken, vegetables, and tempeh. We provide the best quality and nutritious meals for the community,” he said.

People in Rawa Bunga Village also got takjil snacks from WMUMI Mobile. The iftar snacks were purchased from business owners assisted by Global Wakaf - ACT.
