Hijab Syandana Again Establishes Humanitarian Collaboration with ACT Through Shopping Charity

In this collaboration, every transaction at Hijab Syandana will also be worth a donation to those in need.

ACTNews, TANGERANG REGENCY – Hijab Syandana teamed up with Aksi Cepat Tanggap (ACT) to spread kindness through the Shopping Charity initiative. Friday (4/7/2022), The signing of the memorandum of understanding for the collaboration for the next year took place at the ACT Tangerang Regency Branch Office in Sukamulya Village, Cikupa District Tangerang Regency.

Hijab Syandana is a Jakarta-based Muslim fashion label that was founded in 2015. This brand, which promotes the concepts of modest, simplicity, and elegance, sell hijabs, robes, socks, and other accessories for Muslim women who desire to wear modest clothing.

In this collaboration, later from every transaction at Hijab Syandana, donations will be valued for those in need, which will then be distributed to ACT's humanitarian programs. For this Ramadan, Hijab Syandana and ACT will provide the Eid package for Muslim teachers on the outer island, mosque caretakers, and build Waqf Wells.

The owner of the Hijab Syandana brand, Febian Zikri, was pleased with the collaboration. "I am confident that the amount of money I donate will never decrease. It has also been proven that ACT's credibility while working with Hijab Syandana and Masya Allah has resulted in increased sales for Hijab Syandana. It will benefit my staff and the Indonesians who require assistance," Febrian explained.

Hijab Syandana and ACT have previously worked together to assist giving charity and zakat since 2017. Through ACT's Humanity Food Truck in West Jakarta, Hijab Syandana and ACT offered thousands of portions of breaking fast for disadvantaged locals in 2020.

The Banten Regional Branch Manager, Dimas Maulana Putra, also encouraged philanthropists to participate in acts of kindness such as Hijab Syandana, especially during Ramadan. "In Ramadan 1443 AH, we will conduct a flagship program in the Tangerang Regency and neighboring Banten districts, namely the construction of Waqf Wells and food package assistance for Quran teachers, orphaned children, and impoverished communities.
