ACTNews, GRESIK – In East Java, Humanity Food Truck held a tour to do humanitarian actions by visiting several regions. This vehicle is the second Humanity Food Truck unit from ACT which was assembled in 2019. This kitchen truck provided hundreds of ready-to-eat meals.

In October, Humanity Food Truck visited Al-Raudhatul Amien Full-Day Education (IRADA) Islamic Elementary School in Graha Bunder Asri, Kebomas, Gresik. The team distributed ready-to-eat meals to students, residents, and daily workers who pass around the school.

“The purpose of the Humanity Food Truck come to this school is not only to serve delicious food that children love, but we want to introduce and familiarize the younger generation with the benefits and things of kindness. Hence, students can continue their acts of kindness," explained Muhammad Rustam Afandi from ACT Gresik team, Sunday (10/17/2021).

In addition to free meals from Humanity Food Truck, ACT Gresik also provided medical services for residents through Humanity Medical Services.

The action in Gresik was a continuation of Humanity Food Truck tour in East Java. After leaving Gresik, this fully equipped kitchen truck continues its journey to the next city such as Probolinggo, Mojokerto, and Jember.

“This truck is proof of the generosity of the community and the professional management of alms from ACT. The truck made in 2019 is also proof that goodness exists and can be used for a long time and widely spread," added Rustam.[]
