MRI-ACT Team Carries Out Bakti Negeri Program in Telaga Tujuh, Langsa

Through Bakti Negeri (Devotion for Country) program, MRI-ACT volunteers held various actions and distributed aid to Telaga Tujuh Village, West Langsa District, Langsa. The residents gratefully welcomed this action.

ACTNews, LANGSA – Bakti Negeri (Devotion for Country) is one of programs that Aksi Cepat Tanggap and Masyarakat Relawan Indonesia volunteers did at the end of September.

This social activity was held in Telaga Tujuh Village, West Langsa District, Langsa, on Friday (9/24/2021). The team carried out various activities to help the community, such as delivered Quran copies, Waqf Drinking Water which is a product of the Waqf Water Barn, gave financial assistance to teachers and preachers, taught the students about humanity, and cleaned the beach.

Irwansyah, Head of Telaga Tujuh Village, welcomed this action. He was grateful for the humanitarian actions and assistance. “On behalf of the community, I would like to thank my friends from MRI and ACT for visiting our village," he said.

The residents of Telaga Tujuh warmly welcomed and supported Bakti Negeri program that ACT and MRI carried out in their village. The volunteers involved got a deep impression from this humanitarian action.
