On Eid ul-Fitr, ACT Distributes Aid for Boyongbong Fire Victims

ACTNews,  GARUT –Sad news came from Sukalallah Village, Boyongbong Village, Garut Regency, on Sunday (5/1/2022). The fire devoured the house and scorched its material around 3 p.m. Western Indonesia Time. An electric short circuit is thought to have caused this accident.

Responding to the fire, Aksi Cepat Tanggap and Masyarakat Relawan Indonesia (MRI) Volunteers handed humanitarian aid to the affected residents on Wednesday (5/4/2022).

"We have distributed food packages to help the residents who have been affected. Hopefully, this will reinforce the victims, especially since it coincides with Eid," Devia from the MRI Bayongbong team stated.

Yoyo, a fire victim, expressed gratitude for the assistance received. He hopes that all affected residents can endure this calamity. []
