Reminiscing the Happiness of Palestinian Children in Ramadan 2020

For Palestinian children, Eid gifts were like a consolation for them in the midst of the humanitarian crisis they face. Will this happiness come true again next Eid?

ACTNews, GAZA – It was quite busy and crowded in front of the Indonesia Humanitarian Center a few days before Eid Al-Fitr 1441 AH. Palestinian children were raising and waving the Indonesian and Palestinian flags.

At that time, Aksi Cepat Tanggap (ACT) was distributing Eid gifts and sharing happiness with the children of Gaza. The faces of the beneficiaries, mostly impoverished, orphaned children and the students of the Quran were glistening with joy.

Said Mukaffiy of the Global Humanity Response - ACT said, in Eid Al-Fitr 1441 AH, Eid gifts were handed over as a consolation for the children who had passed a month of Ramadan amidst the raging humanitarian conflict.

"The gift packages contained chocolates, staple foodstuffs, and new clothes that the children could wear on the day of Eid. They were so happy,” remembered Said, Tuesday (3/16/2021).

Said hoped that this happiness can be repeated this year. The generosity of the Indonesian people can once again reach the Palestinians to bring happiness to them. "Towards Ramadan 2021, let's collaborate to realize that happiness again. With Actions Without Limits, we will bring the smiles of happiness to the Palestinian children again,” hoped Said. []
