“Hopefully, this Safari Subuh Action can strengthen people’s solidarity to worship especially in fajr time. Jami Al Ula Mosque is the first and oldest mosque in Balikpapan located at the center of economic activity during Dutch colonialism. Furthermore, the mosque was constructed based on mutual cooperation from merchants and travelers from outside," he said on Tuesday (11/23/2021).

On the same day, benefits were also spread for traders around Al Muttaqin Mosque, Padang. In addition to food support, from benefactors and the mosque committee, the team also bought up chicken porridge sold by local traders to be distributed to the congregants.

The action was also appreciated by Buya Mardanius as the mosque administrator. "This is extraordinary. Apart from dealing with disasters and concerns abroad, ACT also takes care of our breakfast, Alhamdulillah," he said.

Togetherness was also seen at Babus Salam Mosque, Banjar Baru. After performing Fajr prayer, the community started the morning by having breakfast together carried out by ACT South Kalimantan on Friday (11/19/2021). “This activity really helps us in making a living. While waiting for the merchandise to be ready, I regularly perform Fajr prayer here,” said Juniarto, a congregant who is also a snack seller.

Hundreds of meal packages were distributed at each location that day. Apart from the areas mentioned above, the Safari Subuh Action will still continue in various regions in Indonesia.[]
