ACTNews, EAST JAKARTA – ACT’s Food Careline Services (FCS) was enjoyed by thousands of East Jakarta residents, Tuesday (7/27/2021). A total of 10,000 meal packages were directly delivered to the residents’ houses. Recipients were so happy and helped by the assistance.
Rizki, a resident of Duren Sawit Village, Duren Sawit District, East Jakarta, said that the FCS service was very beneficial to him. Moreover, currently, he is unemployed after being laid off by the supermarket where he used to work.
“Alhamdulillah, I benefited greatly from this service. The response was very quick within only two minutes. Moreover, I was just laid off from my job. To meet my daily food needs, my wife and I only rely on our uncertain odd jobs,” said Rizki, after receiving the meal packages, Tuesday (7/27/2021).
Another resident of Pondok Kopi Village, Duren Sawit District, Susi Susanti also benefited from ACT’s FCS program amid the slumped income of her husband as a public transport driver.
“I have used ACT’s services many times. This FCS assistance is very beneficial so that I don’t have to cook today. Hopefully, FCS can operate every day, thus the food needs of underprivileged people like me can be fulfilled,” said Susi.
FCS is an online-based free meal service that can be accessed by dialing 62800-1-165-28. The meal packages will be delivered directly to the callers’ houses by Humanity Bikers. This service is free of charge and provided for impoverished people affected by the Covid-19 pandemic.
