ACTNews, YAMAN – The Muslims in war-torn Yemen will have to spend the upcoming Ramadan in the midst of a humanitarian crisis. Over 24 million Yemenis are in need of assistance as the raging humanitarian conflict continues to severely affects their economy.
Efforts to help victims of humanitarian conflicts continue to be carried out by Aksi Cepat Tanggap. This Ramadan, various food distribution programs will be initiated, including the distribution of iftar and suhoor packages, staple food packages, Eid gifts, and the construction of waqf wells.
Said Mukaffiy from Global Humanity Response - ACT explained, the iftar program was planned to last throughout Ramadan. A total of 20 thousand families are targeted to receive iftar packages, suhoor packages, and staple food packages.
