ACTNews, SEMARANG REGENCY – National vaccination that is massively carried out across the country is also supported by ACT through its various acts of kindness. This September, in Leyangan Public Health Center (Puskesmas), Ungaran Timur, Semarang Regency, ACT supported vaccination activity by distributing Waqf Drinking Water.
The distributed Waqf Drinking Water to Leyangan Public Health Center targeted the vaccine participants. The action was welcomed by the Head of Leyangan Public Health Center, Dr. Endang. She appreciated ACT’s care and support in handling the Covid-19 pandemic.
"Hopefully, in the future, ACT will continue to spread kindness," hoped Dr. Endang.
Apart from Semarang, ACT also continues to support the vaccination program in other regions. In Jakarta, ACT’s latest humanitarian vehicle called Humanity Food Bus was deployed to serve meal packages for vaccine participants.
“Overall, ACT’s humanitarian actions during the pandemic are part of the efforts to overcome difficulties caused by the pandemic. In addition to the vaccination program, assistance is also provided in the economic sector such as business capital assistance as well as other sectors,” explained Sehana, Branch Manager of ACT Semarang Regency.
